Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all competitions operated by Bonanza Competitions Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “Bonanza Competitions”), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By entering any of our prize draws, whether via paid entry or free entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to enter any competition.
  • By entering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
  • We reserve the right to verify age, identity, and residency at any time.

2. Entry Methods

  • Each competition offers two entry routes: a paid entry via our website and a free entry via post.
  • To enter via paid entry, select your tickets and complete payment.
  • To enter for free, you must send a postcard with your full name and Entry Code number to the postal address provided on the page used to generate a Free Entry. Postal entries must be received before the competition closes. Only one code per postcard will be accepted, if more then one code is entered on the same postcard we will select one code at random.
  • All entries, regardless of method, are treated equally and use the same system to generate a raffle ticket.
    Accepted free entries will be added to your entries account and labeled free entry,

3. Competition Period

  • Each competition runs for a defined period as specified on the competition page.
  • Bonanza Competitions reserves the right to close competitions early or extend them in the event of technical or operational issues.

4. Ticket Allocation and Limits

  • The maximum number of entries per user per competition is clearly stated on the competition page and must not be exceeded.
  • Any entries received beyond the permitted maximum may be disqualified without notice or refund.

5. Draw and Winner Selection

  • Winners are selected at random from all valid entries using either a third-party random number generator or a manual draw method. The method will be stated in the competition description.
  • The draw will be conducted after the closing date and may be broadcast live on social media or other platforms.
  • Only valid entries received before the competition deadline will be included in the draw.

6. Notification of Winners

  • The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 7 days of the draw.
  • If we are unable to reach the winner within 7 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
  • It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date.

7. Prizes

  • Prizes are clearly described on each competition page and are not exchangeable unless otherwise stated.
  • Bonanza Competitions reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery is free within the UK mainland. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the prize and winner's location.
  • Cash alternatives may be offered at the discretion of Bonanza Competitions.

8. Publicity

  • By entering, winners agree to provide their name and town/city for publication on our website and social media platforms.
  • Winners may be invited to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including photographs or video. This is optional, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
  • A regularly updated list of past winners is available on our Winners Page.

9. Refunds

  • All entry purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for completed transactions, unless a competition is cancelled.
  • If a competition is cancelled, all paid entries will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Bonanza Competitions website, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and videos, is the property of Bonanza Competitions or its licensors.
  • No part of this website may be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Bonanza Competitions shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from entering any competition or accepting a prize, except where caused by our proven negligence.
  • We do not accept responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.

12. Data Protection

  • We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Your data will only be used to manage your account, process your entries, and deliver prizes, unless you provide explicit consent for marketing communications.
  • You may request a copy, update, or deletion of your data by emailing support@bonanzacomps.co.uk

13. Disqualification

  • We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who we suspect of cheating, tampering, or breaching these Terms.
  • Any abusive, fraudulent, or dishonest behaviour will result in permanent exclusion from future competitions.

14. Governing Law

  • These Terms and all competitions operated by Bonanza Competitions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Amendments

  • Bonanza Competitions reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and apply to all future entries.
